Poodle Sizes

There are 3 sizes of Poodle.

TOY POODLE
Height at the shoulder: 6-12 in
Weight: 6-13 lb

MINIATURE POODLE
Height at the shoulder: 12-16 in
Weight: 13-26 lb

STANDARD POODLE
Height at the shoulder: 16+ in
Weight: 28+ lb

Colors: Colours vary from chalk, cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black and blue (silver/grey).
Parti Poodles have patches of more than one colour and the skin below is the same colour as the hair.
Phantom Poodles have different colours in their coat that do not match the skin below.

Diet:The diet should consist of the same type of food that the breeder has been giving them to avoid problems in eating habits. They usually eat small portions, twice a day. Remember that if you are giving your puppy treats, that this might fill them up, being that they don't eat very much to begin with. Exotic treats should be avoided.
